Ohio air control facility in better shape than most in U.S.

WASHINGTON - Cincinnati's air traffic control center is one of a few facilities nationwide that is in good shape.
"The local management has done a really decent job keeping the building up," said Jason Hubbard, 37, an air traffic controller at the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport.
